- I was wondering why can’t I choose this Sunday for delivery?
If you look at our operating hours, we are open only from Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm) & Saturdays (9:30am – 2:30pm). Sundays are our off day.
- It says on the website that you could not deliver to the address I have filled. Can you help me?
You can always choose an option of self pick up and arrange for a 3rd party delivery (lalamove or grab express) as an option to deliver your flowers. Simply choose the time of pick up and leave a note at our checkout to notify us. You can also whatsapp us (+60172683452) your order number and let us know.
- Why did I get a different flower from the picture?
If you look at each page of our product, we have explained further regarding the availability of flowers. It states ‘Flowers are seasonal, therefore certain flowers may not be available. However we will substitute this for one of the same or higher monetary value and in similar style and colour. Please note as with all natural products there may be slight variences in shape & colour. Not all will look identical. If you have specific requirements for your arrangement, please call our Plaza Damas boutique etc…’ – We also reserve the rights, to not inform you of the changes.
- Can I choose a specific time to get the flowers delivered? It’s for a surprise.
Yes of course! Just write down in the special request note and we will make it happen.
- The flowers I wanted is slightly above my budget, can I get a discount?
Yes, there is a welcome discount upon signing up at the pop up window. Another alternative is that we have wide range of designs and prices for all. Do explore our designs and perhaps you can find something suitable.
- Are all your flowers real?
Yes, we only sell real fresh flowers.
- I can’t find anything I like. Do you do custom orders and I need it today.

- I accidently pressed the wrong date for my delivery. Can you help me change it?

- Do you have Peonies available?
For seasonal or special flowers we need to check at least 3 days prior to delivery date.
- There are severe damages on the flowers, how can I report this to and what are your return policies like?
You can whatsapp us and let us know. We would require pictures to support the report and we will make necessary arrangements to make sure customer satisfaction is met.
