Shipping policy
To treat our work with the utmost of care, all of our arrangements are hand-delivered. We are therefore unable to provide tracking information; however, we can provide delivery details upon request.
While we cannot guarantee delivery times, we do accept delivery time requests. We require at least three hours’ notice for a timed delivery; shorter timed deliveries are arranged at the shop’s discretion. There may be a rush fee for certain timed deliveries (based on time and distance). Please contact us directly for if you would like to schedule deliveries after our regular business hours, there may be an additional night fee.
Our delivery is available from from Monday to Saturdays. We close on every Sundays, just to give our hardworking team a rest they deserve.
Please remember to include a company name, floor or suite number, and contact phone number if an arrangement is being delivered to a business address. Due to very strict security policies that many buildings in Kuala Lumpur have implemented, often times floral arrangements cannot be accepted by a front desk and must be accepted directly by the recipient or a colleague.
For deliveries to residential addresses, please remember to provide a phone number if you are unsure whether or not there is anyone present.
Deliveries sent to addresses where no one is present to accept the arrangement will be returned to our shop, and will incur an additional fee if we must reattempt delivery.
